Are you passionate about solving complex building challenges and uncovering the causes behind construction failures? We are hiring a Project Architect to join our architecture team! In this role, you'll apply your technical expertise to investigate building envelope issues, analyze construction defects, and develop remediation strategies across a variety of commercial projects.

What You'll Do:

• Lead forensic investigations of deficiencies, water intrusion, material failures, and code compliance issues.
• Conduct site evaluations, review architectural and construction documents, and prepare detailed reports.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, attorneys, and insurance professionals to provide expert insights.
• Develop repair plans, cost estimates, and support litigation efforts when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Architect (AIA) in Minnesota (additional states a plus).
• 6-12+ years of diverse architectural project experience.
• Strong understanding of building systems, envelopes, codes, and construction practices.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for technical analysis.
