In this role, you won’t just be drawing plans - you’ll be a key project driver. You will lead the architectural vision for commercial and industrial facility projects, mentor rising talent, and act as a trusted advisor to our clients. • Core Hours for Real Life: We value focus and flexibility with core hours from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm

• Influence & Impact: You’ll report directly to senior leadership and have a seat at the table for business development and client strategy.
• A Collaborative Ecosystem: Work alongside multi‑disciplinary engineering teams to deliver integrated, high‑standard design solutions.

• Lead the Design: Own the full architectural suite—from programming and planning to demo plans, elevations, and construction details.
• Execute & Oversee: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and compliant with all MN codes (IBC, Life Safety, etc.).
• Consult & Partner: Act as the primary architectural point of contact for clients, translating their needs into technical reality.
• Mentor: Provide work direction and guidance to Architectural Designers and CAD Drafters, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Administer: Handle construction administration, including site visits, submittal reviews, and RFI management to ensure design intent is met in the field.

• Licensed Professional: You hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture and a current Minnesota License (NCARB preferred).
• Experienced: You have 7–10 years of experience in commercial and industrial architectural design.
• Tech‑Savvy: You are an expert in AutoCAD, Bluebeam
  , and Microsoft Office.
• A Communicator: You can explain complex architectural concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and build instant credibility with clients.
• Detail‑Obsessed: You take pride in "bulletproof" construction documents and code compliance.

• $50 to $75/hour ($125,000 to $156,000/year) depending on qualifications.
