Laboratory Technician
Our client, a leader in innovative manufacturing and product development, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician you will be part of the Corporate Research Process Lab supporting process development and experimental analysis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location:
Maplewood, MN (100% on site)
Pay Range: $18 to $22
Duration: 12 months
What's the Job?- Take ownership of a coating process line, collaborating closely with product developers to ensure smooth process execution.
- Perform analytical work, characterizing samples and materials, and conducting detailed analyses related to project experiments.
- Operate and maintain various mechanical equipment safely and efficiently in a laboratory setting.
- Handle chemicals with care, following all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Document all experimental procedures and results with accuracy and clarity to support ongoing research and development efforts.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Lab Technician or in a similar role supporting process or laboratory work.
- Proven mechanical aptitude and experience working with industrial or process equipment.
- Comfortable handling chemicals and working in a laboratory environment adhering to safety standards.
- Ability to follow complex instructions and maintain meticulous documentation of procedures and results.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and results-driven with excellent communication skills.
