Overview
Minneapolis/St. Paul's premier physician led health system is seeking a fellowship trained Colon and Rectal Surgeon.
- 100% Colorectal Surgery - NO General Surgery Requirements
- Practice at a nationally-recognized Cancer Institute and state-of-the-art qua ternary care center with 50+ ORs & 6 DaVinci Robots
- Colorectal cancer & benign, screening colonoscopy, diagnostic endoscopy (Subspecialty Interests Also Welcome)
- 2:1 or 1:1 dedicated APP support
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of cancer physicians and a comprehensive cancer care support team
- Frequent collaboration with Uro, Plastics, Acute Care, Surg Onc, Ortho Onc, Gen Surg
- 32-hour, 4-day work week
- Highly competitive compensation package - up to $475K base + additional wRVU bonuses

Responsibilities- Provide 100% colorectal surgical care as a fellowship-trained Colorectal Surgeon (no general surgery requirements).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary cancer care teams and health-system colleagues to deliver comprehensive colorectal cancer care.
- Deliver screening colonoscopy, diagnostic endoscopy, and related colorectal services; develop subspecialty interests as appropriate.
- Partner with a dedicated APP team (2:1 or 1:1) to support clinical workflow.
- Engage in a high-volume, qua ternary-care setting with access to advanced surgical technologies (DaVinci robots) and extensive operating room resources.
- Contribute to care coordination with Urology, Plastics, Acute Care, Surgical Oncology, Orthopedic Oncology, and General Surgery teams.
- Fellowship-trained Colon and Rectal Surgeon;
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Colorectal Surgery;
- Ability to work in a team-based, multidisciplinary cancer program.
- 32-hour, 4-day work week.
