Fairview is seeking a Physician Assistant – Adult Psychiatry Inpatient to join our growing inpatient team at the newly opened Capitol Park Mental Health Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota.
This state-of-the-art, 144-bed behavioral health hospital was purpose‑built to support patients with acute mental health needs in a safe, therapeutic, and recovery‑focused environment. As our program continues to expand, providers have the opportunity to help shape scheduling, workflow, and clinical program development in collaboration with engaged hospital leadership.

Scheduling continues to evolve as the team grows, with a focus on flexibility and maintaining manageable inpatient volumes.
Qualifications:- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) through the NCCPA
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant with the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
- Must meet credentialing and privileging criteria/qualifications
- BLS certification required
- Previous experience in acute care, adolescent care, and/or geriatric care preferred
- Experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting is required
