This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in St. Paul, MN, for a Middle School Summer Learning Academy Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator will oversee the planning, development, and implementation of the Summer Learning Academy for middle school students. Responsibilities include coordinating program logistics, collaborating with staff and community partners, managing student enrollment, and ensuring program objectives are met. The role will also involve supervising staff, monitoring program outcomes, and addressing any challenges to ensure a positive and impactful learning experience for all participants.

• Program management skills, including planning, organizing, and implementing educational programs
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with students, staff, families, and community partners
• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving program needs
• Experience with data collection, evaluation, and reporting to assess program effectiveness
• Familiarity with middle school education and learning trends is preferred
• Background in a related educational field and prior program coordination experience are highly desirable
