DescriptionThe Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in providing leadership and support within the Community Education department. Responsibilities include overseeing program operations at a location, staff management, and addressing the needs of students, parents/guardians, and staff. The role ensures the delivery of high‑quality educational services through strategic planning, performance leadership, program content development, professionalism, and related duties.

- Associate's degree required;
Bachelor's degree preferred in education or related field. - At least one year of prior experience in childcare recreation, education, or youth development (align with Minn. Stat. 245H.08, subd. 2).
- Considerable knowledge of instructional methods, racial equity, and multicultural curriculum concepts.
- Preferred knowledge of computer applications such as GSuite (Google Drive, Sheets), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook), Eleyo.
- Familiarity with various instructional methods, best practices, and strategies.
- Prior customer service and technology experience preferred.
- Supervisor experience preferred.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with scholars, colleagues, and guardians.
