JOB TITLE:
Exam Coordinator
LOCATION:
St. Paul Campus
PAY RATE: $18/hour
HOURS:
20 hours per week
Our office is open Monday-Friday 8 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m. Please indicate specific weekday availability when applying. This position begins in late August 2026.
We are hiring an Exam Coordinator to work 20 hours per week. This is a graduate student position, it is not available to undergraduate students.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Exam Coordination:
* Management of the exam accommodation process, which involves the following:
* Managing student exam requests
* Building the daily exam calendar
* Assigning exam readers/scribes per student need
* Communicating with students as needed regarding logistics
* Printing exams
* Communicating with professors as needed
* Use of the Accommodate database
* Collaborating with other exam coordinator
Student Employee Training/Delegation:
* Training undergraduate student employees who assist our office with exam proctoring, reading, scribing, and uploading of completed exams to Accommodate database
Other duties as assigned:
* Departmental administrative support, such as sending accommodation letters at the beginning of the semester, document remediation, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
* Enrolled and degree-seeking in a St. Thomas graduate program
* Respect for and understanding of people with disabilities
* Attention to detail
* Strong typing and reading skills
* Familiarity with Microsoft Suite required
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for student employment, St. Thomas students must be degree seeking at the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels.
