5th Grade Teacher - St. Pascal Regional Catholic School

St. Pascal Regional Catholic School is located on the east side of St. Paul. We are looking for a qualified candidate to teach 5th Grade. A teacher who loves working with elementary school age kids and who is a team player. • Plan and teach engaging lessons in core subjects (Mathematics, Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies) that follow diocesan guidelines and grade-level standards while weaving in Catholic values
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive classroom environment that celebrates diversity and helps young learners develop foundational academic, social, and spiritual skills
• Partner with families through regular communication, conferences, and updates to support student growth and build a strong school-home connection
• Assess and document student progress through developmentally appropriate methods, adjusting instruction to meet individual learning needs
• Plan and lead daily prayer, religious activities, and faith-based discussions that help students understand and embrace Catholic teachings in age-appropriate ways
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, support staff, and administration to ensure consistent educational approaches and maintain a positive school culture
• Participate actively in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school's mission of academic excellence in an urban, faith-filled environment

$38,000 - $78,000 annually

• Starting salary is determined by the candidate's teaching experience and education level
