St. Pascal Regional Catholic School is located on the east side of St. Paul. We are looking for a qualified candidate to teach 5th Grade. A teacher who loves working with elementary school age kids and who is a team player. • Plan and teach engaging lessons in core subjects (Mathematics, Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies) that follow diocesan guidelines and grade‑level standards while weaving in Catholic values
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive classroom environment that celebrates diversity and helps young learners develop foundational academic, social, and spiritual skills
• Partner with families through regular communication, conferences, and updates to support student growth and build a strong school‑home connection
• Assess and document student progress through developmentally appropriate methods, adjusting instruction to meet individual learning needs
• Plan and lead daily prayer, religious activities, and faith‑based discussions that help students understand and embrace Catholic teachings in age‑appropriate ways
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, support staff, and administration to ensure consistent educational approaches and maintain a positive school culture

$38,000 - $78,000 annually. Starting salary is determined by the candidate's teaching experience and education level. Ascension Catholic Academy follows a structured step‑and‑lane salary schedule similar to public school. The final compensation package will be based on verified teaching experience and educational credentials.

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Education or related field
• Successful completion of background check

• Demonstrated classroom management and age‑appropriate teaching skills

• Ability to work a full‑time schedule of 40+ hours per week, including attendance at required school events (graduation, holiday programs, and other activities as determined by administration)
