About the Job
These positions are part-time and will support the teaching mission of the Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship Department. Courses taught could include the following at both the undergraduate and graduate levels:
Business Communication, Industry analysis, Strategy, Ethics and Sustainability, etc. Courses are offered during the day as well as evenings and Saturdays.
Duties and responsibilities include course materials preparation (i.e., syllabus, handouts, homework assignments, quizzes, exams, etc.), textbook selection, course delivery, evaluation of students, record keeping, management/supervision of teaching assistants, office hours, etc.

Part-Time, Regular.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Teaching Specialist:
Bachelor's degree plus 3 years teaching experience in a closely related field. - Senior Teaching Specialist:
Bachelor's degree plus 6-8 years teaching experience in a closely related industry and/or academic field, of which 4 or more years must be formal teaching. - Lecturer:
Terminal degree OR Master's degree plus 5 years of related industry and/or academic experience. - Senior Lecturer:
Terminal degree plus 10 years of related industry and/or academic experience OR Master's degree plus 15 years of related industry and/or academic experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous college-level teaching experience is preferred at all levels.
Pay Range: This position is paid at $3,200 per credit with the total payment dependent on the number of credits assigned to the instructor. Course assignments will be made depending on education/qualifications/experience.
