Job

• Current Minnesota teaching license required.
• Successful background check required.

• Thorough knowledge of subject(s) taught.
• Thorough knowledge of principles and methodology of effective teaching.
• Ability to establish and maintain standards of behavior.
• Ability to deliver articulate oral presentations and written reports.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, students and parents.
• Ability to communicate effectively with school staff and parents.
• Exemplifies compassion, respect, responsibility, self‑discipline and honesty.

• Provide an ideal, positive learning environment.
• Instruct students in individual or group sessions.
• Develop, translate and integrate lesson plans.
• Establish positive relationships with students and parents.
