Job SummaryWe are seeking a mission-driven Middle School Teacher to provide instructional classes in accordance with our school's mission, principles, and curriculum. The ideal candidate will conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the purpose of the Church, participate in professional development, and implement new educational strategies. This position requires someone who can support our Catholic School Mission and Philosophy, differentiate instruction, and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
Responsibilities- Teach all assigned subjects in accordance with the school's mission, principles, and curriculum.
- Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the mission and purpose of the Church.
- Participate in faculty meetings, learning teams, and professional development.
- Implement new educational strategies and effectively manage the classroom.
- Support the Catholic School Mission and Philosophy.
- Adhere to the employee handbook.
- Differentiate instruction, write objective-centered lesson plans, and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Lift/carry up to 30 pounds, climb stairs, and move around the room for long periods.
- Exhibit competence in instructional methods and knowledge of subject matter.
- Demonstrate good classroom management and a collegial atmosphere.
- Integrate technology into lessons and communicate effectively with the school community.
- Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and honesty.
- Plan, organize, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Education or related field.
- Successful completion of background check.
- Knowledge of and commitment to Catholic School Mission and Philosophy.
- Demonstrated classroom management and age-appropriate teaching skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction and create learning objectives for diverse learners.
- Proficiency in educational technology and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills with faculty, parents, and administrators.
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate school environment.
- Active participation in faculty meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Ability to maintain student confidentiality and demonstrate professional integrity.

- Full sensory capabilities including ability to speak clearly, see, hear, and respond effectively to students, staff, and administrators at all times.
