POSITION SUMMARY
The Workforce Development & Partnerships Supervisor (Supervisor) provides oversight and coordination of workforce development initiatives, employment services, and employer partnerships. They are responsible for the strategic leadership and supervision of employment coaching and related services, workforce programming, and workforce partnership management. The Supervisor supports initiatives and efforts across all CLUES service locations and serves as a key resource for the success of program participants in achieving their goals to attain self‑sufficiency through employment.
The Supervisor is responsible for establishing and maintaining activities to develop, locate, and secure job openings for clients in CLUES’ Workforce and Career Development trainings. They conduct community outreach, employer and educational partnership development, and coordinate events as a way to provide and highlight employment‑related resources.

Full‑Time. Generally, Monday – Friday Office hours. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required.
Estimated Pay: $26.60 to $29.00 (depending on experience & qualifications).

- Coordinate and support workforce readiness activities including resume workshops, application assistance sessions, mock interview events, career fairs, hiring events, and employer presentations.
- Support with the planning, organization, and facilitation of employment‑focused classes and workshops.
- Coordinate employer participation in hiring events, mock interviews, classroom presentations, and career exploration activities.
- Maintain a calendar of employment activities, employer engagement opportunities, and workforce readiness events across all service locations.
- Develop and maintain employer partnerships across industries and geographic regions.
- Conduct employer outreach, relationship management, and recruitment activities.
- Maintain employer contacts, partnership agreements, and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).
- Develop sector‑based partnerships aligned with labor market demand and participant career goals.
- Coordinate employer advisory groups, networking opportunities, and employer engagement activities.
- Conduct employer satisfaction surveys and collect employer feedback.
- Develop internship, apprenticeship, job shadowing, and employment opportunities for adults and youth.
- Provide supervision to Employment Coaches, interns, and volunteers.
- Provide leadership, coaching, training, and support to employment services staff.
- Monitor participant engagement, employment service delivery, and employment outcomes.
- Establish team goals and ensure alignment with department and grant objectives.
- Monitor employment placements, retention, wage progression, and employer engagement outcomes. Support reporting requirements for grants, leadership, and funders.
- Maintain employment‑related documentation, employer partnership records, and workforce development reports.
- Analyze employment outcomes and identify opportunities for program improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to support employment‑related performance goals and workforce development initiatives.
- Develop partnerships that create internships, career exploration opportunities, job shadowing experiences, and employment opportunities for youth participants.
- Collaborate with Youth Empowerment staff to expand workforce development opportunities for youth.
