Pay: $38.83 - 52.43 dependent on qualifications and based on the Non-Affiliated Handbook

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience to total four years
* Experience working in a public school setting
* Demonstrated proficiency in technology software skills (spreadsheets, student information systems)
* Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications and strong and clear presentation skills
* Experience and knowledge of administering educational assessments
* Experience with data management
Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with the assessment team to deliver assessments and coordinate testing
* Manage and coordinate the administration of the following assessments for Mounds View Public Schools
* PSAT-NMSQT (College Board)
* Advanced Placement Exams (College Board)
* CLEP (College Board)
* Manage testing systems to set up district-wide assessment access for students and staff
* Facilitate training of test administration staff for each exam. Ensure all staff involved in testing have met training requirements and understand their roles
* Work collaboratively with district technology staff to support student access to online assessments
* For students with a designated instructional plan (IEP or 504), manage their testing accommodation needs for each of these assessments, as required.
* Inform director of changes in College Board test administration procedures and disseminate information to staff.
* Facilitate assessment account receivable & expenditures.
* Monitor and reconcile district assessment budget.
* Manage the District Assessment webpage- updating content for all assessments.
* Set up and manage Smart School K-12 for PSAT & AP exam registration and payment.
* Other duties as directed by the director of Research, Evaluation and Assessment
