- A CDA, college degree (associate, bachelor, or master) or a minimum of 16 semester credits towards early childhood education or an ECE‑related field. College credits are required.
- Ability to work 4–10 hour shifts (Monday‑Friday).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass an MN Department of Human Services background study.
This position starts at $22.20–$24.45+/hour. Our wage scale is based on education and relevant early childhood experience.
QualificationsEducation (Required): CDA, associate, bachelor, or master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or a minimum of 16 semester credits toward a degree in early childhood education or an ECE‑related field.
Experience (Preferred):
At least 1 year of teaching or childcare experience.
