Lionsgate Academy's mission is designed to educate students living with Autism and other learning differences and is seeking a mission-driven Special Education Program Manager to lead our Center Based program. Salary range: $55,000-$75,000 (197 duty days)

Location:

Shoreview, Minnesota

• Provide leadership and oversight to high-needs, center-based program
• Actively coach and supervise 9 licensed staff and a Paraprofessional Supervisor who supervises 30 Paras
• Collaborate with teams to develop and deliver behavioral and academic/functional programming
• Support students with significant cognitive disabilities in accessing education in the least restrictive environment

• Current Minnesota teaching license
• 5 or more years working in Special Education including working with students with autism and developmental cognitive (DCD) delays
• Preferred: BCBA certification, experience with STAR, Attainments or other curriculum that addresses functional skills
• Preferred: 2 years or more as a Supervisor, instructional coach/mentor or informal Leader
