• Plan and teach engaging lessons in core subjects (Mathematics, Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies) that follow diocesan guidelines and grade-level standards while weaving in Catholic values
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive classroom environment that celebrates diversity and helps young learners develop foundational academic, social, and spiritual skills
• Partner with families through regular communication, conferences, and updates to supportscholargrowth and build a strong school-home connection
• Assess and document scholarprogress through developmentally appropriate methods, adjusting instruction to meet individual learning needs
• Plan and lead daily prayer, religious activities, and faith-based discussions that help scholars understand and embrace Catholic teachings in age-appropriate ways
