Change Inc. is seeking a Construction Career Pathway Counselor within the Youth Employment and Training department in the Twin Cities region. The role focuses on coordinating the Career Pathway program to help students transition into jobs and postsecondary education.
You will design, evaluate, and implement relevant career-readiness curricula, lead case management, and build connections with employers, program partners, and education staff to align services with students’ goals.
