Special Education Teacher
Roseville Area Schools has a vacancy for a Special Education Teacher at Roseville Area High School. This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position beginning August 31, 2026, for the school year. The licensed Special Education Teacher develops and provides specialized instruction aligned to the state standards to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities; evaluates and assesses student progress against instructional objectives;
follows state-mandated due process procedures and functions as IEP Manager to assigned students; collaborates with general education staff; communicates regularly with parents/guardians; schedules students and paraprofessionals; and supervises paraprofessionals. This position includes case management of federal setting I-III students with ASD as well as teaching the following courses:
Social Skills/Social Skills for Work, Academic Seminar, College and Career Seminar and Health Essentials in Special Education plus Career Seminar in General Education. A MN Teaching License in Special Education is required. Compensation:
Minimum full year, full time starting salary is $53,085, plus a generous benefits package.
