PRIMARY FUNCTIONAfter School Program Implementation
- Manage a class of of elementary age youth. Implement programs provided by the organization to promote literacy, math skills, and STEM projects.
- Create a safe, fun, engaging environment for youth.
- Help the youth meet academic goals.
- Record accurate participation data.
- Assess progress with provided tools.
- Plan activities, field trips, events and more for this class and/or in partnership with other branches and their classes.
- Build relationships with local communities.
- Recruit members and encourage regular involvement.
