Alumni Relations Coordinator

The Opportunity

As SPO continues to grow, we are investing more intentionally in our alumni—men and women whose lives were transformed through mission and who continue to live out that call in the Church and the world. The Alumni Relations Coordinator will play a key role in building and strengthening this growing alumni community. This role is ideal for someone who is relational, organized, and passionate about helping people stay connected to a mission that has shaped their lives.

You’ll help create meaningful touchpoints, support national initiatives, and ensure our alumni remain engaged, known, and connected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Alumni Engagement and Events
• Database Administration and Management
• Communications and Content Development

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Alumni Relations and fostering meaningful long-term connections
• Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse alumni groups
• Experience in Event Planning and Event Management to coordinate and execute successful events
• Expertise in Volunteer Management and the capacity to inspire and guide volunteers
• Proficiency with database software and tools for managing alumni data
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Communications, Public Relations, or Event Management is preferred
