This full-time, contract opportunity brings your passion for teaching to students near Saint Paul, MN, guiding them through a dynamic school year from August 31st to June 11th. As a key member of a supportive academic environment, youll craft engaging lesson plans, foster critical thinking, and nurture confident communicators prepared for success in higher grades.

• Valid teaching license;
  Tier 3 or 4 licensure preferred
• Experience in General Education, specifically English Language Arts instruction in grades 5-8
• Strong classroom management and differentiation skills to reach diverse learners
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and engage families in the learning process
• Dedication to ongoing professional development and improvement

• Deliver engaging, standards-based ELA curriculum to middle grade students
• Develop and implement diverse instructional strategies for reading, writing, and literature
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods as needed

• Communicate progress and partner with students, parents, and school staff
