DesiredQualifications:
- Valid Tier 4 Early Childhood Special Education teaching license
- Experience working with preschool-aged students with diverse learning or developmental needs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate approach and the ability to build positive relationships with children and families
- Proficiency in adapting instructional strategies and materials to meet individual student goals
- Designing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Delivering engaging instruction tailored to learners strengths and challenges
- Collaborating with families, related service providers, and school teams
- Tracking and reporting student progress in alignment with IEP goals
- Creating an inclusive, supportive classroom environment where every child can thrive
