• Valid Tier 4 Early Childhood Special Education teaching license
• Experience working with preschool-aged students with diverse learning or developmental needs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Compassionate approach and the ability to build positive relationships with children and families
• Proficiency in adapting instructional strategies and materials to meet individual student goals

• Designing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Delivering engaging instruction tailored to learners strengths and challenges
• Collaborating with families, related service providers, and school teams
• Tracking and reporting student progress in alignment with IEP goals
• Creating an inclusive, supportive classroom environment where every child can thrive
