About the role
- Facilitate peer to peer conversation sessions in Spanish with students enrolled in Spanish classes about an assigned topic. Drop-in tutors are available to help students with grammar help or coursework.
- Must be a current Bethel student
- Must have proficiency in Spanish
- Must fulfill assigned weekly appointments for the entire semester
In-person during business hours or on Zoom by student request
Physical Demands:Must be able to be seated for extended periods (2+ hours)
Expected Hours of Work:Based on department need/student demand.
Conversation tutors are paid for the times that they have appointments (approximately half hour to an hour per week)
Drop-in tutors are assigned two hours per week.
Pay: $14.25/hour
