** About Paid Leave Division:*
* Paid Leave is a new program that officially launched in Minnesota on January 1, 2026. The program provides partial wage replacement to Minnesota workers who are out of work due to a qualifying condition, such as a severe health condition that prevents them from working, or when they need time to care for a family member or a new child.

We have built a program that is easy for every Minnesotan to use. We have engaged the people who depend on us-workers, employers, caregivers, and insurers-to learn from them and build the program around their needs. We use modern service delivery and product practices to deliver the program.

This position is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of moderately complex learning solution for the Paid Leave Program that improves individual performance and contributes to overall program success in delivering accurate, timely, and equitable services to Minnesotans. This role advances operational readiness, policy compliance, and customer service excellence by producing engaging and effective learning content that strengthens knowledge, skills, and abilities.

* + Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop learning solutions by translating complex policies and procedures into clear actionable learning content.

+ Develop interactive learning solutions and assessments in multiple modalities including eLearning, instructor-led, virtual instructor led, media, simulations, and guidance documents using a variety of tools.
