Key

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching license required;
  Tier 3 or 4 license highly preferred
• Demonstrated experience working with students on the autism spectrum
• Ability to differentiate instruction and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) effectively
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Dedication to cultivating an inclusive, supportive classroom community

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tailored lesson plans and IEPs for students with diverse needs
• Employ evidence-based instructional strategies focused on students with autism
• Foster a positive, respectful classroom environment that encourages student engagement and growth
• Collect data and assess student progress to inform instructional planning
• Collaborate closely with fellow educators, families, and support staff to support student success
