Lead Toddler Teacher – Monday-Friday | No Weekends Kinder Village at Episcopal Homes of Minnesota | St. Paul, MNDo you love working with toddlers and creating a classroom where children can learn, play, explore, and grow?

Kinder Village is looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team. We offer a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends, a childcare employee discount, and a unique intergenerational environment you won't find at a typical childcare center.

Pay & Schedule Pay: $19.50-$22.00 per hour, based on experience

Full-Time Monday-Friday No weekends

Schedule:

8:00 a.m.

-3:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.

What You'll DoAs a Lead Toddler Teacher, you'll help create a fun, safe, and nurturing classroom where toddlers can thrive. You'll:

Create a welcoming and engaging classroom environment

Plan age-appropriate activities that support early childhood development

Encourage learning through play, exploration, and everyday experiences

Lead stories, songs, calendar, weather, and social-emotional learning activities

Build strong relationships with children and their families

Work collaboratively with your fellow teachers and coworkers

Participate in intergenerational activities with Episcopal Homes residents

Keep families connected to their child's day through Brightwheel, including meals, naps, diapering, activities, and learning

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom

Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with toddlers and brings patience, creativity, dependability, and positive energy to the classroom.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and meet one of the following Minnesota Teacher qualifications:

Associate degree with 4,160 hours as an Assistant Teacher Child Development Certificate with 1,560 hours as an Assistant Teacher, Aide, or Student Intern Bachelor's degree with 1,040 hours as an Assistant Teacher, Aide, or Student Intern Additional Requirements Successful completion of DHS background studies
