Job Title: Hardware Test Engineer

Vantive is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Test Engineer – Hardware/Systems to support the testing and validation of complete medical devices. This role is fully on-site in Plymouth, MN, and requires hands‑on work with hardware, test equipment, and medical device systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving skills, the ability to follow precise procedures, and the initiative to ensure accurate testing and reporting.

• Execute performance and reliability tests on complete medical devices.
• Follow detailed, documented procedures for testing (e.g., vibration, humidity, chamber testing).
• Operate and troubleshoot hardware and test equipment (oscilloscopes, probes, chambers, etc.).
• Swap and maintain device components (e.g., fluid bags) while monitoring device states.
• Accurately record, analyze, and report test results

• Collaborate closely with team leads, engineers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure quality testing outcomes.

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in hardware or systems testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and apply critical thinking in troubleshooting.
• Prior medical device testing experience is a plus.
• Strong learning aptitude, attention to detail, and communication skills
