AEM Engineer

Project:

• Team works on AEM Sites and assets - currently hosted on their own servers but are hoping to eventually move to AWS
• Not a lot of greenfield development (which could change if/when cloud migration happens) - lots of bug fixes, integrations, modernizations

Team Size & Breakdown:

• Will join one other Senior AEM Engineer and two junior engineers

High-Level Individual Duties:

• Collaborate with cross functional teams on AEM needs
• AEM Sites and Assets development

Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools):

• AEM expertise - they are on the most recent version, 6.5
• Specific focus on Sites and Assets in previous roles, more of a "backend" positions

What Will Win (formerly known as "Nice-to-Haves"):

• AWS Experience
• AEM Certifications or AWS certifications

Soft Skill Requirements

• Someone who is a problem solver, versatile, and willing to wear multiple hats
