Development Process Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Development Process Engineer to join their team. As a Development Process Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Development Process Engineer

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Pay Range: $30/hr.

- $33/hr.

Duration: 12 Months

What's the Job?

• Establish and optimize manufacturing processes based on product specifications and design for manufacturability principles
• Evaluate process and design alternatives to improve yield, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Manage projects involving new production equipment, process development, and process improvements
• Conduct equipment qualifications and process validations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Support quality control requirements, including design control and process validation, while maintaining regulatory compliance

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in the medical device or related industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
• Proven experience working in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse environment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with attention to detail
