Location: Arden Hills, MN (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $35–$38.85/hr on W2
Seeking an Electronics Technician with 2+ years of hands-on lab/testing experience to support R&D activities. Candidate will execute electrical/electronic test protocols, set up and troubleshoot test equipment, document results, and collaborate with engineers on PCB/sub-assembly and system-level testing.
Key Skills- Electronic/electrical testing
- PCB & circuit board testing
- Test equipment setup (function generators, power analyzers)
- Troubleshooting electronic systems/components
- Test execution & documentation
- Strong communication & attention to detail
- R&D lab environment experience
- Associate degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology or related field
- 2+ years Electronics/Electrical Technician experience
- Ability to follow protocols with minimal guidance
- Onsite interview
- Potential extension/CTH
- Strong culture fit and positive attitude required
