Sr Equipment Engineer - Exempt

Join our team at our Mounds View, MN location and be part of a company that values innovation and problem-solving. We are seeking a skilled professional to play a crucial role in optimizing equipment lifecycle and deploying a global Computerised Asset Management System (CAMS).

• Strong engineering and maintenance expertise, including CMMS, asset lifecycle, and reliability.
• Experience in manufacturing/operations environments with a focus on process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration with site teams, engineering, quality, and operations.

• Support implementation of standardized maintenance processes across manufacturing sites, including CMMS systems.
• Engage with site stakeholders to assess current state, identify gaps, and drive adoption of standardized best practices.
• Provide coaching and technical support to site teams transitioning to new ways of working.

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience in Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability, or related discipline, or advanced degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in maintenance work management processes, including planning, scheduling, execution, and close-out.
• Practical experience working with CMMS or Enterprise Asset Management systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional, project-driven environments.

• Experience supporting CMMS or asset management system deployments or transformations.
• Familiarity with systems such as eMaint, Maximo, SAP PM, Infor EAM, or similar.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of maintenance-related QMS requirements.
• Experience supporting data migration or master data validation.
• Familiarity with change management principles.
• Experience supporting hypercare, go-live, or user adoption activities.
• Exposure to Lean, reliability excellence, or continuous improvement initiatives.
