Location: St. Paul

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AEM Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong development background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including experience migrating AEM Sites and Assets to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).

This role involves providing technical leadership, driving engineering initiatives, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex engineering projects and solve intricate technical challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain new systems.
Drive the adoption of new processes and technologies across functions.
Engage with the tech industry to identify and implement best practices.
Contribute to enterprise-level strategy and technical direction.
Provide mentorship and technical leadership to team members.
Manage customer interactions and ensure delivery of high-quality technology solutions.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience with AEM Sites and Assets, including front-end and back-end development and integrations.
Experience with AEMaaCS migration projects.
Exposure to AWS services including Cloud Formation, Apache, Solr, and Splunk.
Front-end development experience with WCAG-compliant components.
Proven track record in leading complex engineering initiatives.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to engage stakeholders and drive projects to successful completion.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Web Content Management (WCM) technologies and CMS strategy.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud integrations such as Analytics, Target, and Workfront.
Experience integrating AEM with other enterprise systems.
Proven experience in implementing new tools and technologies.
Relevant certifications in AEM or AWS (preferred but not mandatory).
