What

You’ll Do
  • Own and improve quality processes for metal stamping, tooling, and secondary operations
  • Develop inspection plans, control plans, and CMM programs to ensure product accuracy and efficiency
  • Lead new product launches and PPAP submissions, including PFMEA and capability studies
  • Program and optimize CMM equipment
  • Partner with production to troubleshoot quality issues
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer and internal quality issues
  • Analyze data using SPC, GR&R, and process capability tools to drive improvements
  • Support and help lead ISO audits and customer quality initiatives
  • Collaborate with suppliers and customers to maintain strong quality performance
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing (metal stamping preferred)
  • Experience with CMM programming and dimensional inspection (PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of blueprints and GD&T
  • Hands-on experience with PFMEA, control plans, and statistical analysis
  • Familiarity with ISO quality systems (ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 preferred)
  • Exposure to Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Engineering or related field preferred
