Onsite Role

Responsibilities
  • Candidate will be working in the lab at AH with 6 other technicians.
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • At this level, the candidate should already be familiar with the equipment used to perform testing and have a general understanding of the testing process.
  • While training will be provided on site‑specific procedures, the candidate must be able to run tests, follow established protocols, and understand standard testing workflows with minimal guidance.
  • Hands‑on experience and comfort working with testing equipment are essential.
  • Candidate will be responsible for executing test protocols and accurately documenting test results.
  • This role requires close collaboration with engineers to support the setup, execution, and validation of testing activities.
  • Electronics Technician supports R&D efforts by executing electrical and electronic tests, setting up lab equipment, and troubleshooting electronic components and systems.
  • Works closely with engineers and cross‑functional teams to support product development, design verification, and regulatory compliance.
  • The technician will begin with smaller sub‑assembly testing and progress to full‑system testing as experience and proficiency grow.
  • Execute electrical and electronic tests in R&D laboratory environments according to written test protocols and procedures.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain electrical test equipment and test stations.
  • Perform design verification testing to validate product performance against specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct testing on assemblies such as PCBs and circuit boards, with progression to full system‑level testing over time.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electronic components, prototypes, and existing products.
  • Collect, document, and report test data accurately and timely.
  • Provide clear, timely, and constructive feedback to engineers based on test results, observations, and troubleshooting findings.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and cross‑functional teams to support development activities and ensure products meet performance and compliance requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement of test methods, setups, and lab operations as needed.
Education/Experience
  • Associate’s degree in Electronic Technology, Electrical, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Electrical or Electronics Technician.
  • Hands‑on experience with electronic test equipment, including function generators and power analyzers.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose electronic system issues.
  • Ability to follow detailed test protocols and document results accurately.
