Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Development Process Engineer to join their team. As a Development Process Engineer, you will be part of the Process Development Department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

St. Paul, MN (100% On‑Site) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Pay Range: $57/hr.

- $62/hr what's the Job?
  • Develop and establish manufacturing processes based on product specifications for catheter sets.
  • Evaluate process and design alternatives using Design for Manufacturability principles.
  • Manage program compliance with Quality Control requirements, including Design Control and Process Validation.
  • Support process improvements, equipment qualifications, and process validations to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Operations, and other departments to optimize manufacturing workflows.
What's Needed?
  • Bachelor of Science in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in the medical device or related industry.
  • Experience working within a matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
