Join our dynamic team in Saint Paul, Minnesota! Our organization, a leading engineering and environmental consulting firm, specializes in water, ecology, and community.

We're seeking a Civil Engineer to contribute to our civil and water resource engineering projects. You'll play a key role in permitting and designing site developments, including green stormwater infrastructure and energy and utility installations, as well as other innovative projects of varying scales. Additionally, you'll handle project management for small to medium-sized projects, budgeting, client management, and business development tasks.

The ideal candidate is proficient in all aspects of civil design, drafting, and permitting. You should thrive in a small company environment, possessing a well-rounded skill set, the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks for multiple clients, and a desire to explore new and innovative designs. Detail orientation is a must, and you should be adept at both independent work and collaboration within large teams.

Education/Experience requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering-related field
• 4+ years of engineering experience
• Proficiency with AutoCAD (Civil 3D) and/or Micro Station for engineering plan set creation
• Excellent writing and communication skills

Education/Experience preferences:

• Experience with ArcGIS
• Hydrologic and hydraulic modeling experience

Additionally, candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation for occasional day trips.
