Overview
Location: St. Paul, MN Type: Full‑Time | Salaried | Hybrid Eligible | Flex Time Eligible
Due to continued strategic growth, MSA is excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager Engineering at our St. Paul office location. As leaders in the Water/Wastewater space, this role would manage projects primarily with municipalities in the public sector.

Responsibilities- Project management including project planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC
- Client relationship and business development
- Assist with mentoring junior engineering staff
- Oversight of plans, details, specifications, and bidding documents
- Development of project funding packages with assistance from funding staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering required
- 10+ years of prior experience with relevant project types required
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer. We will not provide sponsorship for this position

- Compensation Range: $109,863–$175,780 (commensurate with experience)
