About the Role:

We're hiring a Quality Engineer to support process validation and manufacturing operations for innovative medical devices. This is a great opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience in IQ/OQ/PQ, process development, and scale-up while working in a highly collaborative, regulated environment. You'll partner closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D teams and build deep expertise in medical device validation and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

+ Support process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) from planning through execution

+ Assist in developing validation protocols, collecting data, and preparing reports

+ Contribute to test method validation (TMV) to ensure accuracy and reliability

+ Partner with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes

+ Support process improvements using Lean principles to increase efficiency and reduce waste

+ Assist with manufacturing scale-up, including capacity and throughput analysis

+ Help ensure documentation meets regulatory and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, or similar)

+ ~2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering in a regulated industry

+ Exposure to process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)

+ Strong data analysis and technical documentation skills

+ Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in medical device manufacturing

+ Exposure to test method validation (TMV)

+ Familiarity with FDA, ISO, or other regulated environments

+ Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methods

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White Bear Lake, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $52.00/hr.
