** Pay Range: $33/hr to $36/hr on W2*
* ** Job Details:*
* + Conduct failure analysis on various products and components to identify root causes of issues.

+ Utilize advanced testing and diagnostic tools to evaluate product performance and reliability.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop corrective actions and improve product quality.

+ Document findings thoroughly and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.

+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance analysis processes and methodologies.

** What's Needed?*
* + Experience performing root cause investigations and technical failure analysis.

+ Relevant technical education or equivalent experience in engineering or a related field.

+ Electrical schematics
