Satellite Industries seeks a Product Engineering Manager to lead engineering & design of innovative sanitation equipment for global manufacturing. Based in our Minneapolis headquarters, you will manage a small engineering team, drive new product development, improve existing portable toilets and restroom trailers, and ensure manufacturability, quality, and cost targets. Partner with Product Management, Operations, and Sales to translate customer needs into designs, oversee prototype/testing, support launch, and manage product lifecycle in a collaborative, inclusive culture focused on reliability and customer satisfaction.
