Reliability Engineer II
Must-Have Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Industrial, Packaging, or related)
- 2+ years engineering experience in reliability, quality, manufacturing, or product development
- Medical device / regulated industry experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and failure investigation
- Experience with statistical analysis and reliability engineering
- Knowledge of FMEA, FTA, DOE, risk management, and process capability/SPC
- Manufacturing support experience and ability to evaluate process/product reliability
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Design, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Supplier Quality, Operations)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables independently
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills
