Engineering Laboratory Technician

Experis is seeking an Engineering Laboratory Technician to support testing and validation projects in a professional, scientific, and technical services lab environment. In this role, you will set up and operate test equipment, prepare samples, collect and analyze data, and document results according to established procedures and quality standards. You will collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot issues, maintain lab instruments, and ensure safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and calibrate laboratory and test equipment
• Prepare test samples and follow standardized test procedures
• Collect, analyze, and document test data and results accurately
• Support engineers in troubleshooting test failures and anomalies
• Maintain, clean, and perform routine checks on lab instruments
• Follow safety, quality, and regulatory standards in the lab
• Assist with test method development and process improvements
• Manage lab inventory, materials, and basic equipment repairs
