HDR Rail EIT’s thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where curiosity, initiative and professional growth are encouraged and rewarded. Working with their supervisors, industry professionals, and mentors, you will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of rail disciplines while building a foundation for a rewarding career. You will gain experience on projects serving Class I, short line and regional railroads, as well as municipal, industrial and port clients.

We’ve earned National ACEC awards for award‑winning rail projects including the West Colton Flyover Structures (which eliminated one of the largest bottlenecks in US history with an innovative first‑of‑its‑kind flyover!), the HDR‑patented Infinity Loop Design, and the West Vancouver Freight Access Programs.
