Game Truck Minneapolis is hiring Game Coaches/Event Party Host to take charge of events and deliver happiness through play. As a Team Lead , you’ll work closely with the General Manager to help plan and run events while keeping equipment and operations on point. You’ll also:

• Drive our mobile game theater to event locations across Minneapolis–St. Paul and surrounding areas
• Lead private events featuring video games, laser tag, and more
• Communicate clearly with clients and manage expectations before and during events
• Set the tone on-site: fun, safe, professional, and organized
• Train and support other team members when needed
• Represent the Game Truck brand as the on-site “go-to” leader

• Prep equipment, invoices, and route plans before heading out
• Follow a planned route and drive Game Truck trailer to events and run the party from start to finish
• Manage equipment care during the event and help ensure a smooth guest experience
• Wrap up on-site responsibilities
• Return for equipment inspection and check-in
• Share notes and feedback with the General Manager to improve operations

• Enjoy working with kids and have an upbeat, outgoing personality
• Can stay calm and confident in high-energy (sometimes chaotic) situations
• Have general knowledge of video games, consoles, and basic A/V equipment
• Are punctual, dependable, and professional
• Can work weekdays and/or weekends on a flexible schedule

• Driving record and criminal background check required
• Clean driving record is mandatory
• Must have dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license
