Operations Advisor Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide support to U.S. Bancorp Advisors’ Wealth Management Advisor teams
• Research requests and resolve issues for Advisors, partners, Associates, and sales leadership
• Liaise between back‑ and front‑office and other staff
• Isolate and identify source of problems and take ownership of escalations
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and service level agreements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typically five or more years of relevant work experience
• Thorough understanding of retail investment industry rules and regulations
• Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Well‑developed soft skills, including patience, flexibility, empathy, organization, and problem‑solving
• Technical proficiencies, the ability to effectively use various software and systems to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
