Account Support Specialist

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Account Support Specialist positions in Saint Paul, MN. • Maintain key relationships with customers and internal teams while providing exceptional customer service and support
• Resolve customer inquiries related to product, pricing, credit, distribution, service, and invoice discrepancies
• Create and maintain master agreements, pricing, rebates, and customer account data using SAP and internal systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to support projects, analyze data, and ensure process accuracy

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of office administration, project management, or customer support experience
• Strong business and financial acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus

• Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Weekly paycheck
• Pay:
  Starting at $32.19/hour

Pay Details: $32.19 per hour
