Product Manager – Agile and CRM

Requirements Must have:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in product management within capital markets or financial services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial industry
• Proficiency in project management methodologies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with mortgage capital markets operations is a plus

• Oversee the onboarding process and integration of clients onto the platform – Collaborate with the back office to ensure seamless operations – Monitor execution of business plans and strategies – Ensure all activities adhere to internal policies and governing regulations – Provide operational support to improve business outcomes – Engage with various stakeholders to align project initiatives with organizational objectives – Analyze performance metrics and recommend enhancements as needed
