Institutional Product Manager - Stable Value

• Own the review and decision-making related to plan underwriting information for new sales opportunities
• Evaluate and implement existing client stable value contract modification requests in partnership with the legal team
• Lead and contribute to projects related to product changes and new product offerings, including pricing and risk assessment
• Analyze risks and underwriting considerations while participating in contract negotiations
• Present complex analyses and concepts to executive management

• 8+ years of related experience in the financial services industry
• 1+ years of stable value experience
• Ability to analyze and comprehend complex information and convey it to non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)

• Certified ASA, FSA, or CFA with experience in ALM, investment portfolio development, or investment risk analytics
• 4+ years of stable value experience
• 1+ year of synthetic GIC product, contract, and risk experience
• Knowledge of stable value or Insurance Company General Account products
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver on multiple concurrent deliverables
